When I made the appointment Puronics agreed to change the Filters and check the connections. At arrival the service person told my elderly mother they only change the filters.

(not what I was told when they sold me the follow up service) When I called they agreed to come back. IT took them two weeks to come out to me to tell me they only come out when there is a leak and they don't check connections.

REALLY-Maybe that is why I had to call a Plumber...DON'T deal with the COMPANY!! They will do or say anything to sell services!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Provide a credit / reduction for the price of the filter change. I was told I would receive addtional services which were not available. Not to mention. Because the connections were not checked I experience a leak. And had to call a plumber. .

they said my service was free then charged me 249 to change a filter but I am not sure what he did.He took a very small amount of stuff out. not paying till I find out. my last softner lasted 20yrs for resin
