My unit is not working n oozing brown water. Salt water tank also has some brown water. No one at purnomics is responding. Photos enclosed.

I was told that they would separated the water from my water from inside be filtered and the outside no,ok the problem is they connected the house water together with my sprinkler system when they told that will be separated now they want to charge me for come and separated it. When they were supposed to do it the firs time when the system was installed and they been giving me the running around. Come on people do your job right, that way you keep your customers happy anyway your customer service S//:;(((

Purchased an existing house with a Puronics system in it and after 2 months the system started flashing call for service with a 1-800 number. I have tried calling and they say to leave a message and they will call back. Called several times and they still haven't called me back. Would never recommend this company to anyone if yoiu can't even get them on the phone.

The company i purchased through was amazing, I hopped on here to say that the quality of the system is great. I am very pleased, we have had our water tested again professionally from an independent third party lab and the results actually shocked me. Most systems say they will REDUCE contaminants. the hydronex removed almost all contaminants (i say almost because there is no system out there that as the ability to fully remove chlorine. but the hydronex removes 99%! )

I had a problem with the electronic board. I thought it would cost me a few hundred dollars but my local Scotts Valley distributor supplied me with a new one; no muss no fuss.

I'm very happy with my whole system. I've had it since June 2019.

Expensive annual service suggested

Bought our system one year ago. Got a message via the outdoor system that I should call the local purionics dealer, who installed it, I called and I was quoted around $600.00 to replace certain components in the system.

Ive spoken to my wife about this and neither of us can recall this expense to occur ever year.

Its outrageous to have to pay that much money annually for this service.

On top of this, we got no service visits over this first year, and when I called about getting service, I wast told it would cost $50.00.

I refused.

Im interested in finding out how why this is required only over a short period of one year.

Just telling me that it is in our contract isnt good enough. I most likely would hav not chosen purionics if I knew of an annual fee of 600 dollars.

It just need to be reset, but that is how Puronics do business or the dealers but if it stills using the salt that means is working just forget about the call for service sign

We were told that we could try out their water filtration system and if we did not like it we could have the system taken out and only pay for the time we used it. The salesman also said that they would run a soft credit check. After two weeks, we decided that we did not want the system due to financial reasons and that the system just wasn't worth it. When we contacted the company to have our services canceled, we were told that we are responsible for the $7,500.00 unit and could not cancel. The salesman also lied about the credit check. It hit my credit as a hard inquiry and dropped my credit by 22 points.

Pricy AS HECK find something less expensive!

So the sales person came to our house to sell us the product. She was very nice considering it was very late (9:00)pm because we had gone shopping and forgot that she was coming, so she waited an extra 30 minutes for us. Anyways, she showed us the whole process that took about an hour and a half, talking about how our water is hard, and we have a bunch of stuff in it blah blah blah. There was one test where we could see the sediment in our water compared to the tap water and our tap water had a bunch of stuff in it and the puronics tastes better than tap water. That made us very surprised and intrigued in buying the product. But what felt fishy was whatever soaps for 5 years they were offerings us and when the price came up she wanted us to pay $9,700 for the whole house and reverse osmosis system! Almost $10,000! She explained that she could discount it because we are new homeowners or whatever, but the reviews are terrible on this product and it was way overpriced! Apparently because it has some NASA and some EPA b.s. stamps they thought it was ok to raise the price a lot! And if we bought this product we would actually be spending more discounting whatever we buy already! They wanted us to pay more than we should have, and we had to do it on that day when she was here! They let us have a few days to think about it but really demanded we buy it on the spot. We asked if we could sample the soaps and apparently we couldn't because of some satisfaction guaranteed policy. There are so many other filtration services for have the price, please don't waste your money, even if the product works. There are cheaper ones that do the same thing!

unfortunately nowadays people write anything on the interest. Whether its true or not. I have recently purchased a Puronics system and it has been one of if not the best decisions I have made in my life. The system works amazing, service is unbelievable, and I feel like part of their family. I was skeptical at first because I saw a few bad reviews, but the great out weigh the bad by miles. And after doing research, the few bad reviews were from sites that were not accredited by the BBB or actual customers reviews. Recommend Puronics to anyone and everyone!!!

Just had a the Hyrdonex X Gen system with Reverse Osmosis installed 10-10-19 in Kyle TX. The price/cost written on the credit application/contract is $125/mo for 72 months, which translates to $9,000.00, which is a total rip-off. The sales persons Hugo & Karen, unethically entered into a contract with a 90 year old women with dementia and had her 40 year old mentally challenged granddaughter, on disability, co-sign on the credit app. They installed on Friday and we had a leak Saturday, they modified the plumbing in the home. I can't state that Puronics is a dishonest company, but certainly some of their distributors are questionable. I am filing formal complaints with every agency that will accept one. We cancelled the contract within the allowed 3 days, but have not heard back from the salesperson. Their office Aqua World Systems, in Houston TX, only has a non ENglish speaking women answering the phone and can give you no assistance. These people are deceptive, unethical prey on older consumers, the two people that came out were both hispanis, so was the technician Albert, that did the installation. He did not speak any English. I called Puronics office in Livermore, CA and left a message for their sales maanger, Roy Esparza. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH AQUA WORLD SYSTEMS, distributor of Puroinics equipment.

A representative came to my friends house. Told him he was drinking *** water which which upset my 88 year-old friend. he then proceeded to tell him that there was a program for veterans called Clearwater funding. No contract involved because I asked to see the contract. Was told he would get a bill for $99.00 from Puronics but Clear Water funding will send you a check every month for $99.00 to pay the bill. Not only did my friend sign up so did I. The the rap Dino Estrada filled out all the papers including that we each made $4,000 a month which is not true and I told him it was not true. Should be in a red flag right there. It was installed the next day and several days later we get a credit card from Aqua financing. then we got a bill for $8,500 which the units going to end up costing pretty close to $14,000. I'm pissed not on at the rap but at me for falling for it.
